WORLD provides authentic opportunities for our students to experience different cultures, build meaningful connections and grow as confident, curious and globally aware learners.
🇭🇰 WORLD Hong Kong
From the vibrant streets of Hong Kong to meaningful interactions with their overseas peers, our students experienced learning in a whole new way.
A highlight of the journey was our school exchange with The Salvation Army Lam Butt Chung Memorial School. Students learnt alongside their Hong Kong buddies, exchanged ideas and discovered the similarities and differences between school life in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Beyond the classroom, Hong Kong became their learning space. Students explored its culture, heritage, city life and iconic landmarks, while verifying their pre-trip research into action through observations and comparisons. From cultural experiences to STEM learning at Ocean Park, every moment encouraged them to observe, compare, question and reflect.
🇻🇳 WORLD Vietnam
In Ho Chi Minh City, our students experienced learning beyond the classroom through school exchanges, cultural experiences and industry visits.
Through interactions with students from Inspire School and Viet Anh Primary School, they exchanged cultures, shared traditional games and discovered different ways of learning and living.
Visits to VSIP (What's this - have to expand and place the acronym in brackets after that), Yakult Factory and a chocolate farm also brought Education and Career Guidance (ECG) to life. Students gained a glimpse into the world of work, discovering how different industries operate and the diverse roles, skills and possibilities that may shape their future.
These authentic experiences encouraged our students to stay curious, adaptable and open to possibilities as they begin to discover their own interests and strengths.
